Dear Valued Customer,
As you are aware, we must all take action to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Greystone Energy Systems is taking its direction from the Government of Canada and the Government of New Brunswick, including the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
As of today, our Manufacturing facility and Head office remain fully operational. Participation in non-essential activities, trade shows, travel, etc. are being deferred, however; customer orders and shipments are all being processed as normal.
We are monitoring our supply chain on a daily basis and are not seeing any supply issues at this time.
We have some of or employees working from home with the intent of reducing the number of people in our facilities further allowing us to sustain operations for the long run. We are sanitizing offices and production areas multiple times a day and holding daily information sessions with staff in order to keep everyone safe.
At this point, you will not notice any disruption in service or response. We have significant inventory of finished goods and are ready to receive and process your orders.
Please note: Although there is lots of press around closed border and restricted travel in almost all cases this does not apply to courier shipments. The vast majority of our product is shipped by courier and as a result is still moving as normal. This particularly applies to US shipments and GCC countries where despite publicized “border closures” product is till moving freely.
